Our Mission
NoTearOff Roofing exists because commercial building owners deserve an honest answer to the question: “Do I really need to replace my entire roof?” In most cases, the answer is no. A structurally sound roof deck with aging membrane can be restored — not replaced — at 40–60% of replacement cost, with equivalent or superior performance and a full warranty.
We specialize exclusively in commercial silicone roof coating and flat roof restoration. We don’t install new roofs. We don’t do residential. We do one thing — commercial silicone restoration — and we do it better than anyone in our service area.
